Provide a personalized plan to prospective Post Graduate Training Year 1 or 2 candidates for the residency search, application, interview, and rank process. To this end, candidates will receive one on one coaching to identify the best fit programs to apply to based on their clinical areas of interest, and or career goals. Candidates will learn how to effectively convey their qualifications and accomplishments through a well-structured Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a creatively written letter of intent. Lastly, the program will assist candidates with interview preparation and proper follow up.
